LONDON--Alba Mineral Resources said Tuesday that Dr C. Jay Hodgson (aged 71), non-executive Director of Alba Mineral Resources plc has resigned from the Board on Mar. 23, 2007 to concentrate on other business interests.
Dr. Hodgson will, however, retain a role with the Company as a consultant on regional exploration strategy and other technical matters.
