Australian Bauxite Limited resumes operations

   Australian Bauxite Limited (ABx) resumed work to battle the impact of COVID-19 pandemic this week. The company’s Bald Hill mine was in full swing for screening and mining operations. Moreover, ABx was preparing its next shipment of cement grade bauxite ore, which was bespoke for an unidentified client.

  During April and May, ABx landed contracts with a total amount of more than AUD 2.5 million for cement grade and fertilizer grade bauxite ore. In addition, the company enhanced its business relationship with shipping ports such as QUBE Ports and TasPorts for bauxite stockpiling and stevedore services.
  ABx was based in Sydney and its operations covered in Queensland, New South Wales, and Tasmania with JORC resources of 124 million tons in Eastern Australia.
