Bauxite Resources Limited Chairman Barry Carbon AM announces that he will retire from all positions with the Company effective 9 August 2013.
The Board and Management of Bauxite Resources wish to express its sincere thanks to Mr Carbon for his significant contribution to the Company during his nearly four years as Chairman and wish him best in his retirement.
Following Mr Carbon's retirement, Mr Robert Nash will become Chairman on an interim basis until further notice.
