Our company purchased world-leading standard machinery and technology from pultres in the United Kingdom for its pultrusion machines and testing equipment,we can produce different shapes of profiles with different resin systems.The resins can be polyester, polyethylene, epoxy,and phenolic.The pofiles can be made into rod,tube,channel,angel,I-beam,plate and they can be assembled into cable trays,structural platform,fences,ladders,gratings,tent poles, filler support for cooling towers and parts for special bridges.The FRP products are widely used in petrochemical,petroleum, non-metallic refinery, electrical appliances,sports and transportation fields for its light in weight,high in strength and anti-corrosion features.Our products are popular both home and abroad.

Pultrusion is a process to pull wet-out glass roving and continuous filament mat through a heated die of a specific shape. The profile is then cured in the die and pulled continuously to any desired length. The profile is light,strong,smooth and stable.
Our company has imported two pultrusion machines,from Pultrex in the United Kingdom,One is a PX300-6T and the other is a PX1000-12T,a mat slitter,gel-test analyser and Computer Monitoring Interface system.We can produce profiles with dimensions up to 1000mm in width and 300mm in height. With reference to the dies made in the UK and its technologies,the company has become one of the leading manufacturers of FRP profiles in China.
Our company also has tight quality control for all the raw materials to be used. For new formulas in profiles,we will run gel test first before any production. The final priducts have to go through a serious of physical and mechanical tests to reach or exceed the standard by the customers.
