Aluminium Bands
Longma Group has the advanced cold-rolling machines and cast rolling units which are produced by Fata Hunter of the USA & Italy. The annual production capacity for 0.20mm-8mm Strips is above 4,500 tons. We are one of the few domestic PS plate manufacturers in China.

Aluminium foils
Our company imported three sets of 1575mm roughing mills, intermediate mills and finishing mills from Achenbach Corp., Germany.

The annual productivity for 0.006mm-0.2mm high quality wide aluminium foils in different specification is above 15,000 tons.

Printing PS plates
Our company imported overseas advanced production equipment, sets up five reel-continual production lines and is constructing two CTP high-speed production lines. Our annual productivity is over 33,000,000M2 and our firm becomes one of the large-scale PS plate production bases in China. Our products have all ranges of specifications and stable quality, and sell well in domestic and overseas markets.

Aluminium Profiles
We have eight sets of extruders with advanced equipment to produce 4000 kinds of aluminium profiles and offer one-stop services from design to production. The Annual productivity reaches 20,000 tons.

Color coated plates
Colored coated plates are made of 0.2-2.0mm-thick aluminium plates which have been coated and baked after being degreased and deactivated by chromate.

The products can be used as the aluminium curtain walls, plates used for automobiles, and upstream raw materials for producing compound plates. They can also be used for the decoration inside and outside rooms, and the manufacture of electric appliances, daily necessities, and furniture panels.

Aluminium radiators
The production equipment is imported from Italy and Germany. The products mainly include: assembled automobile radiators, the warm-wind series, the automobile evaporator series, the evaporators and the radiators for family use.

Aluminium coils
Our company imported two sets of continual-extruders from COMFORRM Corp. the UK. We can produce Al. pipes and zinc-spraying porous pipes which are specially used for air conditioning and refrigerator manufacture. We also produce signal electric cable protect-layer products.

Light-weight steel workshop buildings
Our company purchased horizontal production equipment, automatic cutters and automatic welding apparatuses for producing the complex building materials which are cold-resistant, heat-resistant, light, waterproofing, and flame-resistant and have strong decorative effect.

We have specialized design personnel and construction teams. We are specialized in the design, manufacturing and installing of the colored embossing aluminium plates and the color pattern steel plates. We can design, manufacture and install the wide-span workshop buildings.
