JIANGSU DADE HEAVY INDUSTRY CO.,LTD. is a consisted of three subsidiaries, WUXI NANFANG WELDING EQUIPMENT CO., LTD., WUXI XISHAN NANFANG ELECTRICAL CO., LTD. and WUXI DADE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.

DADE is a high-tech enterprise with self-knowledge industry and integrative with R&D, manufacturing and sales and service. It’s located in Yangguang Industry Park of wuxi, the hinterland of Yangzi River Delta in China and covers an area of ten thousand square meters. We own more than 200 sets of processing equipment, such as large-scale CNC processing center, CNC lathe, vertical grinder, milling machine and etc. Meantime, we have near 90 sets of experimental instruments for R&D, such as digital storage oscilloscope, arc welding robot working station, three-coordinate tester and so on.

We are one of the biggest welding and cutting manufacturing center, equipped large-scale intelligent welding equipment center, which combined with R&D, manufacturing and test system, CNC processing center, welding experimental test center. There are basically four modernized production lines, welding inverter production line, CNC cutting machine production line, automatic welding equipment production line, and steel structure welding & assembling production line.

The production capacity is about 10,000 sets equipment annually, which included all kind of digital inverter welder, CNC flame/plasma/laser cutting machine, automatic welding equipment and welding robot, etc. The total annual production value is above 180 million Yuan.The products have been widely applied in the fields of petrifaction, electricity, construction, machinery, shipping, etc. Besides domestic market of all 30 provinces, Nanfang has exported all over the world, mostly in South East Asia, Middle East, Japan, Europe and so on for more than ten million annually.

There is a creative, powerful R&D and manage team. With the leader of oversea returned manager and senior expert, we have more than 600 stuffs, including collages 170, and 70 junior and senor engineers of mechanism, electron, computer, welding, automation and intelligent technology.

With the years dedicated in R&D development, we have got many certificates, such as CE, “CCC”, ISO9001, AAA Grade Credit of Chinese Enterprises Certificate, A Class Tax Credit, etc. We have built intelligent welding equipment R&D center of Jiangsu province, Academician Working station of Jiangsu Province, and got more than 20 state technical productions and more than 30 state patents.
