Our products are aluminum-plastic co-extruded materials for high-end doors and windows specially, as well as wood-plastic co-extruded materials, with the features of low-carbon, energy-saving and environmental protection. Both are new patents.

Jitai aluminum plastic co-extruded materials produced by the equipment and technology introduced from Germany have been the main energy-saving and environmental protection profiles applied to windows and doors promoted by the Ministry of Construction. On the base of advanced foreign technology, our technical staff developed serial products of wood-plastic co-extruded window and door profiles with high quality and low price. These materials can avoid those short comings of the traditional materials, such as scamp work and stint materials when setting the steel liner and low intensity.

Shandong Jitai Energy-saving Building Materials Co., Ltd. adapt to the trend of market development actively starting from high point and level with the register capital of more than 70 million RMB, and an annual production of over 10 thousand tons of high quality aluminum- plastic co-extruded profiles in the first phase of the project. We adopt 11 producing lines and series of mixing equipment from Germany.

We integrate aluminum extrusions with plastic materials in the molding process perfectly; therefore, our products possess the advantage of both aluminum and plastic materials, for example, good effect of insulation and soundproof, as well as high intensity. The aluminum-plastic co-extruded materials are produced by anti-aging fluorocarbon color spray technology. There are various of colors for customers’ choice, flexible and flame-retardant.
