The product, we  intend to export is Aluminum Extrusions. Our company, Indo Alusys Industries Limited is one of the major manufacturers of Aluminum Extrusions in Northern India. Our annual turnover is around US$ 50 million. Our current production capacity is 10,000 Tons annually from 3 Extrusion Presses of 1650 Tons, 1250 Tons and 1100 Tons.  We are adding another Extrusion Press of 2100 Tons which will add another 5,000 Tons from the month of April, 2012 making a total annual production capacity of 15,000 MT.

Our plant is located around 70 Kms. from the national capital of New Delhi in the highly developed Industrial Area of Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. We have complete infrastructure available in the same premises.

We have in-house Die manufacturing facility and also surface finishing line for Natural Anodizing, Powder Coating and Electro Coloring. Additionally, we have also fabrication facility which enable us to supply sections in the desired end-finish after cutting, punching, drilling, milling, bending etc.

The category of the product that we manufacture is Standards like Rods, Flats, Angles, Channels, Tubes (round, square and rectangular) etc. Over and above, profiles used in other end use industries like  Transportation, Industrial, Automotive, Electrical and Electronics, Solar, Motor-body, Telecom industry, Building & Architectural  which forms almost 50% of the Extrusion being produced by us.The most common alloys in Aluminum Extrusions are 6060/6061/6063/6101/6351. We can supply Aluminum Extrusions in length ranging from  6’ to 20’ -24’ as per customers requirement. Shorter length can also possible with additional charges.

Price is done on the basis of Aluminium quoted at London Metal Exchange (LME) as per the formula acceptable to customer in accordance with international norms.
