The project is divided into two phases. The first phase is invested 20 million RMB. The first set of foil rolling unit and corollary equipment have been completely installed and successfully commissioned in July, 2008. The second foil rolling unit came into use in August, 2009. In April, 2010, the 《Annual Output of 30000 Tons of Lunch Box Foils/Container Foil Project》declared by our company has been approved by Provincial Development and Reform Commission and recorded by Gongyi City Development and Reform Commission.
