Pingyin Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. of Feicheng Mining Group, reconstructed from Shandong Pingyin Aluminum Factory in 2006, mainly manufactures electrolytic aluminum and aluminum processing materials, with a site area of over 650 mu and fixed assets of ￥400 million. The company is staffed with over 1,700 employees (including over 150 technicians), and has set up nine workshops (2 electrolytic plants, anode assembling shop, cleaning shop, power room, casting-rolling shop, cold rolling shop, plate shop, wire shop) and 13 departments to serve production. The company is equipped with one 110KV rectifying substation, 180 prebaked cells, two Φ680×1450 horizontal double-roll double-drive casting-rolling machines, one Φ650×1600 tilting casting-rolling machine, one E1400 four-fold non-reversing cold rolling mill production line, one combined horizontal and longitudinal shear, one continuous-casting tandem-rolling production line, one ten-die stretcher, and two stranders (6-disk and 54-disk). Besides, the company has complete advanced facilities in testing, experiment, power supply and transformation, maintenance and transportation.

In Dec. 2007, the company passed the certification of ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System. With an annual capacity of 80,000 tons, the company can produce 1 series alloys, 3 series alloys, 5 series alloys, 6 series alloys, and 8 series alloys, over ten varieties and over 1,000 specifications in total.
