The Aluminum Association’s Building and Construction Committee will exhibit at Greenbuild 2010, November 17th to 19th 2010, Chicago's McCormick Place West, 2301 S Lake Shore Drive, Chicago.
Aluminum is durable, corrosion resistant, incredibly versatile and infinitely recyclable making it the material of choice for green builders. The Aluminum Association is working in partnership with stakeholders to produce the information needed to document the green attributes of the metal. In fact, today companies are working harder than ever to be more environmentally focused. Greenbuild includes over 100 educational sessions featuring world renowned speakers, LEED workshops, off site educational sessions and Green Building tours of local sites.
The Aluminum Association will present the latest information available regarding sustainable building and aluminum. Questions about recycling and recycled content, current research and policy, standards and design and general information regarding the use of aluminum in building and construction can all be addressed by staff at booth 1579. Mr Chuck Johnson the Aluminum Association’s director of Environment, Health & Safety will be on site to promote this information and more.
