Exhibitors and visitors alike commented favourably on the many promising new business contacts they made and the resulting orders.

Two great partners:
The International Trade Fair for Surface Treatments and Coatings is jointly organized by Deutsche Messe and Messe Stuttgart. O&S is the industry’s central marketplace for all the latest topics and trends in surface treatment technology. Key areas of interest for 2010 include electroplating, painting, industrial plasma surface treatment as well as surface cleaning and pre-treatment.
This makes O&S 2010 a perfect fit with the leading international trade fair “SurfaceTechnology” at HANNOVER MESSE. From now on Stuttgart and Hannover will take it in turns to stage their event in alternate years.
One great location:
The new exhibition centre in Stuttgart lies at the heart of Europe’s leading high-tech region. All the major buyer industries for surface treatments and finishes are located in this area: the car industry and component suppliers, mechanical and plant engineering companies, the metal, plastics and furniture industries, manufacturers of electrical, medical and communications equipment, the aerospace industry, the construction industry and a high concentration of skilled trade enterprises.
