The company owns 18 smelting-casting fast snteltery lines up to advanced world level: 20 extrusion production lines imported from Japan and Germany, including the models of 600 tons, 1000 tons, 1800 tons and 2500 tons, 1 oxidation electrophoresis production line imported from South Korea, 1 vertical and 1 horizontal spray painting production lines and 1 heat insulating materials production line imported fi'om Switzerland, plus internationally advanced plate band processing equipment: 1 irreversible cold-rolling mill, 2950×1660 slantwise casting and rolling line, 2700×1550 horizontal casting and rolling line, 18-roller tension drawing mill, 1 digitally-controlled almnimnn plate shearing machine and 3 automatic annealing furnaces. All electrical control devices use the advanced electronic components of ABB, North America, Omron and Europe. The annual production capacity is 50000 tons of aluminum alloy profile building materials and 50000 tons of rolled aluninum plates. Meanwhile, the collection of products has extended from the traditional field of doors, windows and profile building materials into the industries of electronics, machinery, mining, metallurgy, IT, energy resouces, traffic and transportation.
