The early production scale is to produce 120,000t EPS annually of total investment of 150million RMB and the integrated plan is to produce 300,000t EPS with total investment of 350million RMB. In October 17th, 2003, the first 60,000t production line was put into use and on December 8th, 2004, the second 60,000t production line was put into use with present annual production capacity of 120,000t EPS.

Our main product is EPS plastics with brand name of JIACHANG EPS. EPS is the simplest and most economical packing material and light construction material accepted by the public. For the development in household appliance, high-tech computer industry, and construction and civil engineering, more EPS are needed and 120,000t are needed in mainland, China with annul growing rate of more than 20%. Therefore, the company is established to satisfy the market and to provide high quality EPS with favorable price to promote EPS development.
