Since 1988 we design and construct Aluminium extrusion dies.

In 2004 we moved to our new facilities and invested to new machinery in order to produce high precision dies in very short delivery times.

In Greece our main customers are ALUMIL S.A., EXALCO S.A., VIMAL S.A., EUROPA S. A., and COSMOS S.A., and this fact can prove our ability to respond to their needs.

The main reason for our cooperation with these companies is that we offer combo products with the following characteristics:

We use raw material of the highest standards. We first heat treat our raw material and then we construct the dies. This provides 2 advantages to our customers:

1.       Extremely fast deliveries, because we can produce dies in 3 days, using our preheated stock.

2.       Bigger lifetime of our products because of the homogeneous of the heat treatment in the steel.  This means no stress of the material in corners and edges.

We use our great experience in aluminium extrusion and we are in contact on daily basis with our clients in order to achieve results without second trials saving from our customers energy, labour costs and giving them the ability to produce faster.
