Three-dimensional coating production line is the second manufacture in Asia to produce wooden-painting profile, the whole procedure use a digital intellectualized controller, and installed the automatic powder spray guns, the Oven are also controlled by intellectualized modem. Another we own the many engineers and skillers to control the whole production, so now our quality is already get the advance level on the profession scopes.  Our production capacity will be over 1000tons per month.

Two horizontal coating production lines are installed automatic powder spray guns from ITW GEMA company, we also use the intellectualized controller to control the whole procedure so as to keep the quality.

One PVD production line is installed automatic spray imported from Japanese AICHI. The production capacity will be over 400tons per month.

Three revolving printed coating production lines are installed good equipments from domestic, now the production capacity could be 350 tons per month.
