The feature of Chinese hydraulic piston pump: strong antipollution ability, simple structure, low noisy, low oil temperature, stable flow and pressure, high efficiency and very durable. It is applied to the open type loop hydrostatic transmission. The flow and rotation speed is in proportion to the displacement; it can achieve Stepless variable in the constant speed. It is good for aluminum extrusion press to produce various kinds of small and ultrathin aluminum profiles or other special aluminium profiles as well as have a stable performance, constant speed and constant pressure.
 
Guidelines and instructions of Hydraulic Piston Pump using 
1. The transmission shaft of Hydraulic Piston Pump and the output shaft of motor should be connected by soft connector, after installation, use the hand to try the coupling rotation, and test the tightness whether is suitable or not. 
2. The strength of Hydraulic Piston Pump base should be meet its’ requirement. Notice: if the strength is not enough, the base may be deformation and will cause the Hydraulic Piston Pump damage.
3. The concentricity of motor and transition connection of Hydraulic Piston Pump shaft should not bigger Ф0.05.
4. The deviation of location hole of Hydraulic Piston Pump base and shaft center position of motor should not bigger Ф0.1.
5. The input shaft of Hydraulic Piston Pump and the output shaft of motor should be installed at the same level.
6. Using the soft connector, the motor and the coupling sleeve of Hydraulic Piston Pump should be matched, it can avoid the coupling moving and hit the shaft or the face of pump shell. Warning: during pump installation, if the face of Hydraulic Piston Pump is hit or coupling moves, it may damage inner parts of Hydraulic Piston Pump, or Shell face will be wore, the Hydraulic Piston Pump body will be hot, shake, the flow pressure will be not available.
7. Every element of hydraulic system should be matched, and keep clean. The oil pipe will be trial run as 1.25 times working pressure and acid cleaning and passivation treatment.
8. When install the Hydraulic Piston Pump, should take protective measures to avoid the Hydraulic Piston Pump dropping off the ground or causing security incident.
9. Before start on the Hydraulic Piston Pump, must check the hydraulic oil capacity, cleanliness and make sure there is no any bubble in the hydraulic oil.
10. To avoid the environment pollution, during replace the used working medium, use the barrel to collect the dirt after clean the pressure container, don’t abandon at will.
11. The Pilot oil pressure (outside control oil) of variable pump should be constant atmospheric pressure, the pressure must be above 50KG.
12. Must fully fill the oil in the interstitial hole of pump shell before the pump start on.
13. Must exhaust at the first before the constant flow pump and variable pump start to run.
14. After all preparatory work are completed, use the hand to control the motor several times to drive the Hydraulic Piston Pump running normally at non-load, after then start to run the machine.
