Equipment setting:
1. Manual spraying line:
Powder spraying room (double-sides working): 1 set
Pulse filter recycling system: 2 sets
Powder spraying gun: 2 sets
Powder coating oven: 1set (Fuel--- oil, gas, coal, electricity)
Feeding carriage: 2sets
Cyclotron track chain
Notes:
During powder spraying: electric pattern, variable frequency speed control and cycle circle track are adopted;
Spraying the profile by gun and hang profile on the car manually, and push it into the oven for high temperature curing.
About 4-6 labors are needed;
space occupied: over 150 m2 (L>20m).

Notes:

Note:
after putting on the profiles, all the steps are finished automatically.
The whole process is automatic so it is suitable for large-scale manufacturers.
Processing method: putting on profile - spraying - powder curing - natural cooling - taking down the profile.
