• During powder spraying: electric pattern, variable frequency speed control and cycle circle track are adopted;
• Spraying the profile by gun and hang profile on the car manually, and push it into the oven for high temperature curing.

1. Powder curing oven

3. Material of thermal insulation layer is fixed-shape rock wool, while the two ends are heat insulating air curtain machine. Equip cooling channel inside.

Including combustion chamber, stainless steel heat exchanger, circular fan, circular duct, and combustion machine (fuel: oil, liquefied gas, natural gas, coal)

Including chain, track, transporting system, brace, drive motor and slings, etc
