Aluminum billet continuous casting and rolling process is imported from the eighties an advanced production technology,the basic process is:aluminum-melting furnace -standing stove-in addition to gas-filter-nozzle-Mill-Intermediate unit-winder.Characterized by casting molten aluminum into the liquid 6-10mm thick slab,650-1850mm wide and rolling ,cold rolling mill and then sent directly to finishing,so that the production of aluminum strip,not only shorten the aluminum strip production process,greatly reducing the project construction funds,but also reduces the production of metal burning,energy conservation,while easy to achieve continuous production of aluminum strip.
