This machine is designed through absorbing the technology of the high-speed aluminum alloy rod breakdown machine of Nihoff company. It works to reduce alloy aluminum rod or pure aluminum rod from diameter 9.5 mm or 12 mm into 1.8 mm~4.5 mm.

This machine has capstans arranged in a straight row to draw the rodby means of slipping continuously. Mechanical performance is well matched with the electrical system in terms of speed. It is easy to change dies, and bobbins are changed automatically without stop.

This machine is featured with easy operation, high efficiency and good quality of product.

3.1. 1. Column type pay-off stand, consisting of rack and roller frame, can pay off rod continuously with two coils in Max. diameter of 1800 mm below it.

3.2.11. Lubrication system for gearbox    

      All bearings of gearbox are lubricated by an oil pump with a 4kW AC motor through oil trough, chiller, pressure gauge and oil pipe.

3.2.12. Cover is made of stainless steel plate in two layers, fitted with handle for opening. No drawing fluid is splashed during normal running.

3.2.13. Fitted with wire breakage detector at the exit.

3.2.14. Cooling & lubrication fluid supply system

      To supply cooling & lubrication fluid to drawing die on each section and the excess flows into recycling trough.

3.2.15. There is a space between cooling & lubrication fluid trough and gearbox to prevent mixing.

3.2.16. Capstan is sprayed with diamondite, which makes its service life long.

3.2.17. High precise and ground bevel gears are used for main transmission.

3.2.18. Provided with emulsion pump and chiller of 16m2.

To be designed according to latest model of Nihoff company in Germany, similar to imported equipment in operation performance.

     Rate of success to catch wire is not less than 99%.

     It is accurate and precise for countering and has a function of change of bobbin.
