- WB-45T Aluminum Foil Container Production Line (Upgraded Model) is composed of auto-lubricated feeder, length controller, control panel, 40T pneumatic punch, mould (price is not included), conveyor(including scrap collector), collecting table of finished product, and scrap presser (optional equipment).
It adopts the electrical stepping system (can be replaced by PLC controller as customer’s requirement) to realize the function of positive and negative rotary of motor. With the adoption of double electromagnetism valves and pressure relay, the operational safety is guaranteed. The frames of equipmints are made of the holstic steel which has the advantages of high rigidity and reasonable structure. Thanks to inside installation of driving system, the layout of the equipment is compact. With the adoption of dry friction clutch, the slide area can stop instantly at any height. And the punch can realize the function of single-stroke,inching motion and continuous action, which is beneficial to regulate the mould position and improve the processing precision. As customers’ requirement, the eletrical stepping system can be replaced by a PLC controller, which work better. It also can adopt the light screen protective device, so it is a safe press.
This production line adopts the independent removable panel which is colorful,convenient and has nice layout.

We abandon outdated machanical operation of making mould and adopt the star-up rebounded system which is flexible. The advantages of the mould are long shelf life, stable quality, high precision, and reasonable design. With such advantages, the mould could realize the process of cutting, forming, plugging and rolling of aluminum foil wares in one step. We also can manufacture various mould which can be used to make various food container,such as smoothwall container,multi-cavity container,one compartment container and multi-compartment container, and food container with various edges (G style, L style, IVC style or folding style). The mould is excellent in quality and reasonable in price.The working cycle period is short. According to customers needs, the mould can be seted up to ordinary punch, pneumatic punch,or the press with four pillars.

◆Scrap Collector
It is served for collecting the scraps during the production in order to prevent the scrap remains inside the mold from effecting the blow-away of finished products. With the scrap collector, the labor intensity is reduced dramatically, the efficiency is improved and the sanitary situation of factory is improved as well.

It is served for pressing and packing the scrap to convenience the recycle of the scrap which can improve the recycled efficiency, reducing the labor intensity, saving manpower and field occupation and lowering the expense of transportation.

The whole machine adopts Siemens PLC control system as safe and reliable, gas / electric integrated, centralized control, automatic collection of products, automatic stacking, counting accuracy; according to customer requirements to set the number of stacking, finishing just one package.
