This machine is designed through absorbing the technology of the high-speed aluminum alloy rod breakdown machine of Nihoff company. It works to reduce alloy aluminum rod or pure aluminum rod from diameter 9.5 mm or 12 mm into 1.8 mm~4.5 mm.
This machine has capstans arranged in a straight row to draw the rodby means of slipping continuously. Mechanical performance is well matched with the electrical system in terms of speed. It is easy to change dies, and bobbins are changed automatically without stop.
This machine is featured with easy operation, high efficiency and good quality of product.

3.1. Pay-off stand
3.1. 1. Column type pay-off stand, consisting of rack and roller frame, can pay off rod continuously with two coils in Max. diameter of 1800 mm below it.

3.2.11. Lubrication system for gearbox
All bearings of gearbox are lubricated by an oil pump with a 4kW AC motor through oil trough, chiller, pressure gauge and oil pipe.
3.2.12. Cover is made of stainless steel plate in two layers, fitted with handle for opening. No drawing fluid is splashed during normal running.
3.2.13. Fitted with wire breakage detector at the exit.
3.2.14. Cooling & lubrication fluid supply system
To supply cooling & lubrication fluid to drawing die on each section and the excess flows into recycling trough.
3.2.15. There is a space between cooling & lubrication fluid trough and gearbox to prevent mixing.
3.2.16. Capstan is sprayed with diamondite, which makes its service life long.
3.2.17. High precise and ground bevel gears are used for main transmission.

4. Features of Electrical System
4.1. Transmission
Transmission for the whole production line is driven by DC motor and controlled by Siemens full digital DC controller with digit volume tachometer and digit volume preset, which makes speed regulation precision at 0.006% and ensures the same for the whole production line.
4.2. Control
4.2.1. DC transmission is provided with full digital DC controller, which ensures speed regulation precision. Take-up speed automatically tracks drawing speed of main machine via accumulator, which ensures synchronization with main machine.
4.2.2. PLC is used for Control and operation is performed on big man-machine interface screen.
4.2.3. PLC is communicated with each DC controller and each speed is transferred to corresponding DC controller through communications after it is calculated by PLC, which ensures speed regulation precision of each motor during drawing. Communications ensure high stability and low frequency of trouble and high control precision also ensures success rate of change of bobbin in full.
4.2.4. Operation is performed on big man-machine interface screen with indications in English. It is visual and easy to operate and indications of running conditions and trouble are good for checking and maintaining of the machine.
5. Main Features of the Machine
5.1. This machine is designed as per latest machine model M85 of Nihoff company in Germany, featured with good look, advanced construction, lowrunning noise, high efficiency and economic benefits.
5.2. Drawing capstans are arranged at slanting angle on side in a straight row to avoid slipping or scratching between wires. This machine is featured with high strength and good rigidity. Final capstan and drawing capstans are driven by separate motor with advanced general assembly and speed is synchronous and adjustable, which makes it possible for rapid bobbin-change.
5.3. Drawing capstans are fully immersed in drawing fluid, which makes it possible for dies and aluminum wires are well cooled and lubricated.
5.4. Drawing capstans, final capstan and guide rollers have features of high hardness, good wear resistance and long service life after they are sprayed with diamondite.
5.5. Bevel gear with high precision and ground face makes low noise and has protection device against insufficient oil in it.
5.6. Main motor for drawing, motor for final capstan as well as motor for take-up are all provided with fully digital DC speed regulator whose precision of speed regulation is high.
5.7. Dual-spooler runs by pneumatic and electric means, which makes good stability and no oil leakage. Special construction design ensures no loose wire in the internal layer when paying off, which makes it low operation cost.
5.8. Success rate of change of bobbin at above 99%.
5.9. Electrical system is provided with PLC and touch screen on which datum can be preset, modified and indicated. All kinds of running datum can be controlled and examined. It is advanced and easy to operate.
