Payment:  100% confirmed Letter of Credit stand-by from Primary Bank. All others required a 30% deposit.  After first 500 tons, I will grant some delivery on credit. Must qualify.

Procedure: 

1) SELLER sends Soft Quote

2) BUYER Send your ICPO . You do not have to be fancy. Email is good enough

3) SELLER sends PRO-FORMA INVOICE with bank coordinates

5) BUYER sends Bank Letter of Credit from either a primary first bank, a US Based bank, or a Scotiabank.  Scotia not a primary but it reports to head bank in Canada, which is our bank. Confirmation is guarantee. Do not send LC from any other source, IF my bank refuses to confirm, I will not make any exceptions. ALL others must send a 30% deposit and remaining when faxed shipping booking documents.

6) SELLER activates LC with a 2% Payment Bond.

7) Scrap metal load to containers and trucked to Port.

8) BUYER wires money per container sent to port within 24 hours.

9) Containers sail out.
