We arrange shipment according to clients instruction, usually we suggest shipping as follows::

- Canvas Rolled:

1, Quantity less than 1000 pieces or cubage less than 1 cubic meter

Send by air or express

2, Quantity more than 1000 pieces or cubage more than 1 cubic meter

Ship by sea

-  Stretched paintings:

Ship by sea or by air

Packing Process:

-  Canvas Paintings:

1, Protective film on each painting → roll up → bubble bag → paper            

2, Protective film on each painting → carton box

-  Stretched Paintings :

Full painted canvas → stretched by firm stretching bar → packed by shrink plastic bag → put 4 paper protective corners →  put into a paper carton box (5-10 pieces per carton),              

Accessories for stretched painting: Hooks, Nails, Desiccant

Quality control Process:

We have a strong quality control team and scientific inspection process to ensure best quality:

1, Material incoming inspection ( Canvas, Stretching bar, acrylic etc.)

2, Inspection in process to find problems during production and correct it;

3, Inspection after painting finish;

4, Inspection before shipping

Payment:

T/T - Telegraphic Transfer / Bank transfer:

30% - prepayment

70% - after receipt of the copy of B/L

Refund Policy:

If you find any material defects or transport damages please inform us with clear photos within 48 hours of receipt. We will replace the damaged items or reimburse them according to your instruction
