The coil coating line is specifically designed for Aluminium as a substrate. Aluminium is a delicate material having density of around one third of Galvanised Steel. Line speed, tension levelling, winding/ unwinding, coil weight, strip joining, oven design, strip transfer have been carefully selected / designed to ensure consistent quality of coated aluminium coils. PLC- SCADA System ensures the overall line monitoring and accurate performance.

Mirror finish with gold / silver tinge-coat is also possible along with many other finishes. Any design, pattern in various shades can be offered.
