Steel tube micro-oxidation annealing furnace

This product is used for steel tube micro-oxidation annealing , for the first heat treatment of annealing.

1. Imported burner and controller: Adopt Germany's LBE Ecomax1 burner and the burner controller imported from Krom company, gas and air solenoid valve are imported from Italian , usage are stable and reliable.

2. Adjustable Heating, cooling speed, roller transmission speed : Every heating area has fast heating speed , high-heat utilization.

3. Energy-saving lining: thermal insulation material of lining adopts aluminum silicate fiber blanket (heat-resistant 1260 ) of vacuum forming, good insulation properties, ensure that when furnace shell surface temperature rise below ≤ 50 , also can take energy-saving lining.

When furnace temperature reaches 950 , interface temperature at 40 degrees, the loss in furnace wall is 280q (W/m2)

When furnace temperature reaches 1050 , interface temperature at 45 degrees, the loss in furnace wall is 320q (W/m2)

4. Special sealing structure: Roller adopts special sealed bearings, insulated by cast iron radiators ,ensure that the bearings have stable and reliable operation.
