AAO series are indirect gas fired or electrically heated ovens. The heat up time is 1 hour 185°C with the total cycle time 6 hours. This leads 4 batch per day.

By means of circulation fans hot air produced in thermoblocks is transferred into the oven. During hot holding time according to time sequence oven fans are circulated in forward and reverse direction and this leads to material temperature homogeneity better than ± 5°C .

By means of reversible and flow there is good temperature distribution leading to the perfect hardness distribution over the charged materials. Loading and unloading operations are performed by 2 transfer cars placed at the material handling side and unloading side or by means of chain conveyor.
