Production Technique

 Vacuum-molded aluminum silicate special-shape products are fine made with aluminum silicate wool as raw material by processes of water washing for removing impurity,pressurizing,adding non-pollution adhesive,moulding, dehydrating and curing in curing chamber.

Product Characteristics

These products have the following characteristics apart from the common properties of aluminum silicate products:

1.No harmful adhesive is added and no harmful gas, such as phenol and formaldehyde,is produced during the production process.

2.Drawing-based processing greatly enhances the tightness between the products and the eequipment.

3.Low heat conductivity and low thermal capacity.

4.Good heat and shock resistance, heat stability and hot washing resistance.

5.High compressive strength and long service life.
