For our products advertised on alibaba.com or our company website, Aluminum 6063 is applied for our windows & doors profiles. To make the profiles much more endurable, adhesive, anti-corrosive and weather-resistant, we research and develop an optimal composition of aluminum alloy, with Si, Mg, Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn and some other metal elements just right for all above properties and to make all the mechanical properties right as well. 

For the anodized profiles, the film thickness we make to meet the requirement can be from 10-25μm, usually according to clients' requests

Besides, the profiles by the production line of electrostatic powder spray-coating can meet the requirement of appearance: smooth, slight tangerine peel; with film thickness: 60-90μm, gloss>90±5% 60° GB1743-79, hardness: H-2H, GB/T6739-96. As we know that the heat transferring rate of Aluminum is up to 180kcal/mh, while that of the powder-coated film is as low as 0.21 kcal/mh. Also the Sweden heat-insulated bar-penetrating line we apply, which is operating a thermal bridge between two profiles, aims to result in good heat-insulation. After all, the clients can choose the two profiles of different colors, which meet the international standard color sample and it also displays very excellent exterior decoration.
