Paints machine is specialized equipment used in lead-acid battery sheet coating. It could work in both sides coating. The process of paste filling, board pressing, acid spaying works automatically. It has the advantages of reasonably structured, level started, easy operated, good maintain, high production efficiency. its production capacity is 60~120 blade/min.

Structural feature
This equipment is composed by three parts: upper structure, paste structure and spay acid structure.
1 in upper structure it has frequency control and uprise sheet. They are all hang in the chain. The vacuum cups suck the board and do the recycling work, so that the sheet will not easy to deformed.
2 Paste structure is one of the process of paste the lead paster to sheet. As the sheet send to the paste belt, the sheet and pasteboard have some friction force with the pressure from the paste board and paint board. For the work, the sheet will work with the paste belt. At the same time, the lead paster will rolling follow the paste roll sending and paste roll, and paste the lead paster paint on the sheet.
Paint belt is waving with cotton and synthetic fiber. It has the features of jointless, same tensile strength in every point, thickness mixture, and smooth on the surface, same suck water property. It matched pneumatic tensioning system; pneumatic compression system and paste shovel system.
4 in order to fetch the sheet and shovel paste block under the paste box and change the paste separate board; the paste box matched smooth pneumatic turn over diver.
5 Spay acid structures is composite of acid pump, press roll and acid tank. The pasted sheet becomes the plate after spray acid and emboss.In order to make the equipment work more level, we select the parts very strictly, e.g . paste tank reducing motor from the SEW company, the paste cabinet is imported from Japan, the pneumatic original parts use from Japan SWC company, the magnetic valve use the German Rexroth, electrically original parts is from Schneider
