Gas / Oil Fired Crucible melting furnace

Gas-fired meltingfurnaces are ideal for Al melting so as to avoid hydrogen pick up andachieve casting without blow hole. Electric resistance heated cruciblefurnace are used for direct melting of high grade Al casting.

Centralaxis tilting or lip axis hydraulic tilting type crucible furnaces areexcellent for melting and pouring directly into the molds or transferladles.
