The 2KDKGs type, twin chamber furnace is a 3 chamber construction carburizing furnace, but in case of demand easily can be transformed in a nitriding equipment.

At both ends of the furnace are located gas-proof doors, and separating the chambers another 2 doors are built inside the furnace. If any of the doors at the ends of the furnace needs to be opened, a safety flame curtain will be ignited.

The chambers are the following, starting from charge loader side: 1 pre-heating chamber, 1 carburizing chamber and 1 cooling chamber.

The charges/loads are placed on grates/charge supports and a manipulator loads them to the furnace and another unloads them from the furnace.
