Aluminium as a building material is one of the least susceptible to weather corrosion. Deju coated aluminium sheets combines base material durability and the option of a wide range of colors available for selection.

Deju products come with factory warranty covering both base material and coating defects.

PVDF Coating System

Deju aluminium coated coils are coated with paint material supplied by PPG Industries Inc(USA), one of the largest PVDF suppliers in the world. Our products are manufactured in strict compliance to the conditions stated by PPG Industries to ensure that the product is consistently of the highest quality. Our products are tested for performance parameters in accordance to ASTM standards as stated in the products performance table before delivery to our end users.

Formability

Our products are flexible and can be easily formed into shape without damaging the coating.

Our products come with peelable PE protective foil which adds protection to the coated surface whilst the coil is in the process of conversion.

Self Cleansing

Our products are self cleansing in nature, the premium coating material and manufacturing process gives the coated surface a smooth and consistent gloss surface which is inherently low in dirt traction value. Dirt collected are easliy washed away after rain.
