We offer bell type annealing furnace, which is widely used for annealing of steel coils. This versatile furnace is very ideal for black, bright and spherodized annealing of steel and non-ferrous strips, wires and general heat treatment processes upto 1100°C. This furnace can be electrically heated oil fired or gas fired. Used for de-carburising of stampings, this ensures reliable performance. The shell of the furnace is robust constructed and is suitably reinforced with rolled sections.

Body of the furnace is made by 3mm steel outside, inner with strong steel with aluminum fiber as lining, also with resistance on the constructed bricks.

The cover is made with 25mm steel, inside with insulating fiber, on the cover, with pressure meter, pipes for nitrogen, pressure protecting system

Lining of the furnace is made by 10mm stainless steel, in the upper of the stainless with reinforcing, bottom with cooling system

Heating elements: Cr25Al5Cr27Al7Mo2 or Cr20Ni80 resistance  

Belt in spring types

Sealing system between cover and body, with fiber and silicon stick. Also with cooling system for long life.

Cooling system at the upper and bottom to protect the sealing materials.
