Payment terms:
1. The interested buyer signs ncnd to get the name of the seller to whom address the LOI
2. The interested buyer sends LOI and bcl;
3. Seller sends fco
4. Buyer sends back fco signed for approval
5. Signature of the contract
6. Financial instruments bank to bank (pb of 2% no exceptions)
7. Shipments start 30/45 days after the financial instrument become operative

The general conditions are:

1. Buyer sends rwa by swift bank 2 bank after the signature of the contract
2. POP is sent after rwa received by the sellers bank with some sellers and, with other sellers,
POP is sent just after the pre-advise of the buyers financial instrument
3. All the sellers I have allow a representative at the port of loading.

Payments:

1. Scraps. One seller works with dlc and sblc; the others work with sblc or bg;

Minimum quantities required:30,000mt/month/12 months.
