 As a train goes on the two lines, I have been doing my homework on both areas of aluminium development and quality control while technical guidance for more than twenty years.

 My homework starts from experiment and finishes at experiment.

 First, when there is a faulty on the aluminium manufacturing process, I start experiment after grasping the condition and cause of the faulty, information supplement about the fault, and establishment of solving plan.

 The most important thing in fault solving is grasping the main principle of occurring and solving plan. If we cannot rid of the main cause, we cannot solve the fault and eventually we may recognize it as This faulty is naturally occurring faulty.

Next, when we develop the A3003 aluminium alloy for hard anodizting, we do the experiment after grasping the role of elements which consist the alloy, compound condition according to the function and composition, heat treatment condition, manufacturing equipment condition, etc, and we consider the following two things.

 In what method are we going to examine the refine grain size?

What kind of experiment are we doing to make the hard anodizing color darker?

If we make mistake on alloy development, the duration gets longer and may have lots of quality problems even after the development and will result more expenses of alloy development and after management costs, and low quality of the alloy.
