Incepted in 2001, Trishul Metal Industries Ltd. is a leader in manufacturing and exporting of copper tubes, copper strips & plates. With an experience  we have gained expertise and understanding of this industry and have set benchmarks for others to follow in this field.

Infrastructure  

                           At present Trishul Metal Industries Ltd. has two units one at East Gokalpur , New Delhi and a second unit at Neemrana  in Rajasthan

                          The first unit established in 1983,Delhi has a 600 M.T. capacity water hydraulic extrusion press, fuel fired melting annealing furnace, draw benches and other finishing equipment. A well-equipped chemical laboratory is also attached to the unit.

                          The second unit at RIICO industrial area Neemrana was started in 2001 with the aim of producing more varieties of extruded products mainly tubes, rods and sections of larger sizes in a vide variety of alloys this unit has a 3000 M.T. capacity water hydraulic extrusion press with a fixed mandrel type piecer for tube extrusion and direct water cooling facility for copper extrusions. The foundry has three L.P.G. fired melting furnaces to improve the extruded product quality , a L.P.G. fired billet heating furnace with three zone automatic

temperature control has been commissioned. In addition a well equipped chemical testing laboratory with copper Electro analyzer , spectro photometer and wet chemical analysis equipment has been set up in this unit. Physical testing equipment for hardness , tensile strength , hydrostatic and pneumatic testing are being added to the testing laboratory. The cold drawing finishing equipment include mechanical & hydraulic draw benches straighting machines, cut to length lines etc.

Our technically advanced machinery equipment operates efficiently in order to manufacture products in required quantities and increase the overall production output. Our technicians and allied work force coupled with wide range of sophisticated machines provide products which meet the industry standards in terms of design, dimensions, pressure rating, marking & quality control requirements. We have training specialists who train the workforce so that the wastages can be minimized and turnover can be increased. Our founder also trains the workforce at times in order to update their knowledge

Our Warehousing Facilities  

 We have spacious warehousing facilities that enable us to maintain bulk stocks of industrial copper alloy products in all shapes, grades and sizes. It also enables us to cater to our clients requirements at least possible time and at most competitive prices. Our warehouse is equipped with temperature controllers and also have material handling equipment for easy shifting of the materials within the store.
