The ultra-modern radiant tube type roller hearth wire rod annealing furnaces have been used for volume orders, bell type furnace is for orders with small quantity or special specifications.  The material of coils treated is low carbon steel, medium carbon steel, SCM-435, 440, 415, and AISI-6150, 6140, 6130 etc.  The capacity of these furnaces is 10,000MT per month.  The available range is from 2.00mm to 32.00mm.
