B. Used Rail ISRI R50-65
C. Length maximum any size required, OR minimum1.0 meters

3. ORIGIN: Seller option

4. QUANTITY: X0.000 Mtons x12 months total +/- 0.5% per month total XX0.000 tons

5. PRICE: CIF AWSP

6. PACKAGING: Bulk, bundled

7. INSPECTION: Inspection shall be at port of loading by SGS appointed by Seller under supervision of the Buyers representative. Other than SGS is welcome on Buyers cost.

8. PAYMENT TERMS: An irrevocable, confirmed (if not world top 50 Banks), Non transferable/Assignable, Non Transferable, Documentary Letter of credit payable 100 % at sight negotiable through any Bank against full set of shipping documents as dictated by contract.

9. P. B. GUARANTEE:2.0% Pre Advice Bank PB Bond to be issued by Seller.
