Our Copper wire products are manufactured from continuously cast and hot rolled high conductivity rod via our own Southwire Continuous Copper Rod process from pure LME A Grade Cathode to produce copper rod purity of greater than 99.95%, which is redrawn to wire sizes under stringent quality control, and most commonly used for power and communication cable.
Our copper wire is suitable for drawing down to Super fine wire for use in high technology applications.

With further processing Our Copper wire also can provide a high quality surface for enamelled magnet wire for use by the motor, electrical winding and transformer industry

Available in continuous lengths of layer wound self-supporting spooless packs from 1 to 2.1 metric tonne. Spooless packs can be run pack to pack providing continuous feed for your requirements. The packs are plastic strapped on to timber pallets and plastic wrapped for protection.
