Product Introduction: It is composite gasket with non-metal material (soft graphite PTEF, asbestos rubber flat, ceramics fiber) inside and special cool technics covering metal sheet outside. They are usually divided to Flat covering and bellow covering by gasket section. It is the most traditional gasket. It is suitable for heat exchanger, pressure vessel, pump, and valve and flange surface seal. Because of limited resiliency rate, it requires that flange surface be flat and high strength so that it can come up to good effect. It can assemble 304 stainless covering asbestos gaskets, stainless steel covering graphite and so on according to different material.

Covered Gasket Material: Tin, stainless steel 304 or 316, copper, aluminum

Filler Material: Asbestos soft graphite, EPDM, PTEF, non-asbestos, ceramics fiber.
