We have been foremost in India in developing indigenous design capabilities in the field of industrial heating backed up by R&D facilities. A significant achievement in this respect has been the development of high convection bases for annealing cold rolled strip in 100%H2 atmosphere.In the area of batch annealing, Technotherma has long and wide experience with more than 100 bases operating under HNX Atmosphere over last 20 years. The batch annealing process under pure Hydrogen is developed indigenously. These furnaces can also be used to remove carbon from mild steel(decarb furnace).
