Atomized Aluminum Powder

Our aluminum powder products contains the highest quality, comsistency, and reliability for demanding applications.

• Regular atomized aluminum powder
• High-Purity aluminum powder - this powder contains a nominal aluminum content od 99.98% and a minimum contents of 99.97%.
• Pre-alloyed powder - This product contains different percentage of alloying elements.
• Spherical aluminum powder - powder morphology can be controlled to meet customer special requirements.
• Coated aluminum powder - most powder products can be coated - specially processed to substantially reduced the hazards of dust and aluminum/water reactions.  Typical products include Type L (diester) and Type G (isostearic acid) coated powders.
• Blended aluminum powder - aluminum powder can be blended with various alloying elements and an organic lubricant to produce premixes that can be consolidated and processed to yield powder metallurgy parts. Typical blends include 601AB (conposition similiar to 6061) and 201AB (composition similiar to 2014) premixes.  Similiar products, without lubricants, designated as AC, can also be produced.
