The FA was the fused alumina series successfully product which was produced by Shandong Luxin High-Tech industrial Limited company (Sisha Co.,Ltd) the brief introduction was as follows:

   1. Main function and use:

       It is a kind of advanced semi friable fused alumina which is composed of the part of the advantages of the brown and white one. It is another kind of new product which has particular functions and widely used after the pink fused alumina. It is the first product in our country.

       Semi friable fused alumina has reasonable toughness and excellent self-sharpening performance. It can be used for the production of the vitrified bounded abrasives tools; resin bonded and coated abrasives manufacturing. The solid abrasive tools which were produced by it have a higher abrasive resistance, excellent self-sharpening performance and retentively. Under the same condition, some certain work pieces processed by it are better than those processed by brown, whit, pink, monocrystalline fused alumina, and it can be enhanced by 10% - 30%, or achieves the same effect. The processing efficiency will be enhanced if it is used to the rough grinding.

      The abrasive tool made by semi friable fused alumina can be used to process the ordinary industrial used steel, the partial cast iron and each kind of color metals, like contains Cu, Ni, the Mg aluminum alloy, contains S, Zn copper, contains Al, Zn magnesium alloy and so on.

      The spread attaches the grinding tool made of it can process not only metallic materials mentioned above, but also some composition material, all kinds of plywood, laminated wood, thin plank, hardwood, cork, lacquer ware, leather.
