Size: Thickness: 4.0mm-15.0mm; Width≤ 1, 000mm; In terms of length, it exceeds the length limit (6, 000mm) of traditional copper bus bar and theoretically can be unlimitedly extended so as to reduce the waste of connectors.
Features: According to customer's requirements, it can be arbitrarily cut to meet the demand of large current and large section. It has high composite strength and can be deep-processed such as bending, drilling, punching and tinning so as to completely substitute for copper bus bar. Due to impact of skin effect, the actual conductivity of copper-aluminum composite material is higher than that of parallel connection of copper and aluminum. According to the batch test launched by China Nonferrous Metal Research Institute, Chinalco Luoyang Copper Research Institute and Henan University of Science and Technology, its conductivity is higher than domestic like products. With stable chemical composition, it is made of domestic first-class raw materials, namely, T2 copper material made by Chinalco Luoyang Copper Co., Ltd. And 1070 pure aluminum made by Henan Wanji Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd.; Thus, the high quality and mass production of copper-aluminum composite bus bar can be ensured.
