Mirror aluminum is the aluminium sheet processed by rolling, polishing and other methods to make its surface appear like a mirror.
Product Feathers:
1. Hardness Characteristics: well-distributedhardness, suitable for complicated stamping molding, not easy to crack down when bended, stretched, and reshaped, antioxidant, anticorrosion, and high-temperature resistant.
2．Surface Treatment Characteristics: pure material, suitable for high requirement and stable anodic oxidation surface treatment, such as chemical polishing, atomization, chemical blasting, electro polishing, dyeing, hole sealing etc.
3．Mirror Characteristics: the mirror is processed by mechanical polishing, there is no plating coating on the surface, hence no need to clear anode or the coating before sandblast and anode processing. Roughness granularity can reach more than 240#. Without pretreatment, direct printing and stamping processing can be done of high reflectance.
Applicability:
1．Aluminum Casing: cell phone, digital camera, mp3, mp4, laptop, repetition machine, CD player, mobile hard disk, audio panel, computer, USB disk and some other high-tech electronics enclosures.
