Granular Fused Refining Flux
Introduction: Granular fused refining flux is a new kind of synthetic non-toxic and environmental protection composite flux.
Component::The main component is the eutectic complex of chloride like KCl, MgCl2, NaCl.
Application: Quickly and efficiently remove alkali metal and non-metallic (sulfides, oxides, carbides) from molten aluminium and aluminium alloy.

Low melting point (less than 600’), low aluminum loss, low usage,
High efficiency, high speed, high environmental protection.
Usage Method:
1. Remove the scum and adjust the temperature of liquid aluminium to 600℃.
2. The degassing effect can be improved by adding nitrogen.
3. It can also be stirred directly into the liquid aluminium.
