Continuous Casting Machine

Withdrawal and straightening machine must overcame the friction in the mould in the process of throwing, resistance of the secondary cooling equipment,straightening resistance etc .Because there are many factors which affected the drawing speed, drawing speed must be adjusted according to different  condition .Adjust upwards the transmission speed of the withdrawal and straightening machine when drive the dummy bar .Upper driven roller and the movement of the rising and depressing stripping roller adopt metallurgy hydraulic cylinder which are in possession of steady movement. Working pressure of the cylinder48 MpaThere is good wearability with the roll barrel of withdrawal and straightening machine.
