Detailed Product Description:
The longitudinal shear is used for cutting aluminum or aluminum alloy coil into a number of articles and take-up rolls lengthwise. Total length: 18m, Weight: about 40 tons,cutting strip thickness: 0.1 ~ 0.4 mm, cutting number: ≤15, minimum cutting aluminum width :15mm, maximum machine speed:100m/min.
The equipment mainly includes: coil car, uncoiler, detection device for strip edge, circular cut entrance roller, disc shear, coiler for trimmings, entry looper and export roller, manual decontamination tension pad, automatic tension pad, S roller device, the coiler and T beam unloading device, hydraulic station , etc.
